ComX210 Firmware

Hi 

I'm currently trying to install both available V6 versions—6.8.4 and 6.8.7  on COMX 210 but unfortunately, both are failing during installation.

To troubleshoot this, I’d like to try an intermediate version between 3.6.3 and 6.8.7 in hopes of forcing the upgrade path to work correctly.

Could you please assist with providing a compatible version in between, or advise on how best to proceed?

Hello @Gladwin , 

If you current version is v3.6.3; try to make an intermediate upgrade to v4.0.10 then to v6.8.7

Luckily, this FW version seems available here:

Try to use the upgrade procedure using USB key.
