To send real time data from a device to a client through HTTPS protocol, you must have an API (library) dedicated to your product.
Right now, Panel Server does not provide any API to connect its internal data (or connected devices) with a any Web Client.
You can still use data publication through HTTPS with Panel Server v1.10 or later.

Only way to get real time data from a Panel Server is to connect your Client to EcoStruxure Energy Platform and use DaaS.
