hello,

Have you waited for a long time (>30 minutes) to see if power led is going green ? Here the ComX is starting up, and if the ComX does not start it would mean that it is stuck. Do you have a back-up ? are you using it as local data logger /energy server ? As a modbus gateway ? Have you tried Factory reset ?

I see that ComX is not starting with 24VDC Power but only with PoE... Just power it and wait.

Hello @Samimul_Islam ,

On your video, Com'X510 has not finished start up. This is expected to have this kind of message.

For any issue between Com'X and Web browser, please check following topics:

Hello,

You are using 10.25.1.1 to connect to port 2 ?

If the Power led does not become green, it would mean that ComX510 is dead. Would suggest Factory reset.

If Power led is not green you can not perform upgrade with USB stick

Kind Regards

Hello @Samimul_Islam ,

Can you provide result of ipconfig /all when connected to COMX510 port 2 ?

Are you sure to have renamed the file on USB stick correctly as per User guide ?

Any firewall or endpoint protection on your laptop ?

If nothing works suggest to replace the COMX510 by PAS800.

Kind Regards

Hello @Samimul_Islam ,

On your previous post, we can see 2 different errors for the same Com'X510.

Time out (pic 625):

Romain_Polette_0-1728383023185.png

SSL error (pic 626):

Romain_Polette_1-1728383061384.png

Time out error = Com'X does not answer. Com'X Web services can be reached (device fully started).

Possible reasons = Com'X not started, ETH configuration is not 10.25.1.1 (factory), product dead...

SSL error = Com'X embedded cipher suites are not compliant with the browser SSL requirements.

Check my post for similar issue.

In this case, only upgrade through USB port can solve your problem.

Please try to run a Modbus Function Code 43-14 on your device to read your current FW version.

Now your Com'X is factory reset, please try again to upgrade to v6.8.7 with USB key.

Com'X Energy Servers are no more supported. So I doubt tech support will help you on this topic.

As mentioned by Guillaume, last solution is to replace your Com'X510 by Panel Server PAS800.
