Hi guys,
Hoping you can assist.
We have a PAS600L operating with some energy meters via Modbus and water meters via the 2 x input onto the panel server.
The 2 energy meters are connected and communicating correctly via modbus – we are getting data and have verified this in the field.
We are having issues however with the data sampling. We believe this may be to do with the data sampling being greyed out (see attached). We have tried all manner of things but cannot seem to have the ability to tick the data sampling checkbox.
Can you please advise if/what we are missing?
Also we note, that nothing shows up in the ‘data’ page, currently only the ‘advanced data’. Would this be resolved once we can sample the data correctly?
PS our water meters are operating and we are getting data pushed to energy hub.
I have seen some threads on this community where it is mentioned that once the cloud service has been enabled , you may need to factory reset the panel server? Is this correct? This seems flawed as you cannot make any amendments post initial setup and commissioning?

hello @BrettWabbis
Measurement recognized by PAS are having a shortname, example if you want "Current A" this will be reflected as "IA". PAS is supporting multilanguages for the display in the web pages, but the measurement definition in topology file available in full log is IA.
If you have a multichannel meter ( MCM in PAS), you have to run FW 2.3 and you need to create 2 Custom models.
You will need to associate Twice the device using each of the model.
Example let's assume CT1 IA = 1000 and CT2 IA = 2000
You create a Custom model CT1 :
IA = 1000
You create a Custom model CT2 :
IA = 2000
You will associate Circuit 1 using Custom model 1 and associate circuit 2 using Custom model 2.
Each of the "logical" device will show IA (Current A in English in Web pages).
Regarding the possibility to disconnect the PAS from the cloud application without having to perform a factory reset It should be available early next year (February ?)
Kind Regards

Hello @BrettWabbis
Yes if you associate a PaS to an advisor cloud application, (like EEH, RAA, AA...) the cloud application manage fully/ Take the control of the PaS (select/manage the data to publish, choose publication/sampling period...)
If you want to free (disassociate) the PaS from the cloud application, you will have to:
1/ In the Cloud application: Delete the PaS
2/ At PaS side: perform a factory reset.

Thanks Eric, and this I assume once the is is done we will be able to choose the data sampling tick boxes on the panel server itself?

Hello @BrettWabbis ,
"PS our water meters are operating and we are getting data pushed to energy hub."
=> When the Panel Server is connected to Energy Hub => data config and sampling rate are controlled by the cloud service. You cannot fine tune.
"Also we note, that nothing shows up in the ‘data’ page, currently only the ‘advanced data’. Would this be resolved once we can sample the data correctly?"
=> It seems that your "Measurement Names" in your model are not compatible with our Power Data Model. I suppose this is the reason why no relevant data are displayed in the "data" page and why data are not selected to be pushed on Energy Hub.

Thankyou Romain
this meter is a third party meter, however we used the relevant Modbus profile from EPC web. Is there something we can do to resolve this? Or is this a by-product of using third party meters?

Hello @BrettWabbis ,
I will let @Eric_HAVAS gives you more details.
I checked the RI-D460 models on EPC-Web and none of them is matching our Power Data Model. Naming convention are not compliant (with our measurement dictionary). This could be OK for local use or data publication through SFTP, but this will not work will our Cloud Services.
I suppose you will need to recreate your own model by using correct naming convention.

@BrettWabbis
If you have a PaS connected to EEH, I guess you refer to measurements of your 3rd party device that can be displayed on EEH side.
If yes, please refer to 3rd Party Devices with EcoStruxure Energy Hub and EcoStruxure Panel Server - Schneider Electric Comm...

Thankyou all.
I have began creating the new modbus profile and ensuring that the correct naming conventions are used. My conundrum comes when i get to the points that refer to for example current of CT1 and then current of CT2. As this is a dual feed meter, light and power, looking at the naming conventions, there doenst appear to be any that specify Ct 1 / CT2. Any suggestions?
