Logging data from Meter using EGX or using Designer
Dear All,
I have a question:
Is there any different between logging data from meter using EGX and if I logging data from the same meter using Designer on PME 7.2?

I assume that at the top front level software is PME 7.2 , Now if you wish to logs data from EGX means you have to define the meter in management console, and in designer we usually/most of the times deal with the meters which are already defined in the management console.
I might give you more enhance and clear answer if you share more details that what you are trying to achieve.

I just suspect, because I see there is a big difference in value between energy usage in incoming and summation of outgoing in the feeder. The meter which is used in incoming are PM810 and are logged in PME v.7.2.2, while in the outgoing feeder are ION6200 and are not logged in PME v.7.2.2 directly. So I made a log function in designer so that ION6200 meters can be logged.
Or, What else factor that could make this happened?

any particular reason that you are not logging ION6200 directly into PME 7.2?
For me life can be easy if i start logging ION6200 as well,
