IFE default username & password has been changed

Hi Everyone,

This is the brand new IFE module, but the default Username "Administrator" & Password "Gateway" did not work. Error message "Login failed, invalid Username or Password. Please check and try again."

Is there any way to reset the username and password of IFE module back to default one? Thanks

There are some CyberSec changes with latest release of IFE.

If your IFE has FW 004.004.001 the default credentials are the following:

Login = SecurityAdmin
Pass = AAAAAAAA 

This is mentioned in the IFE User Manual:

Hello @vedharaj1994 , 

For reference LV434002, it is not possible to recover or reset the lost Security Administrator password. The only solution is to replace the IFE LV434002 with a new unit.

If you have lost all passwords associated with the Security Administrator roles, it is recommended to contact your local Schneider Electric Customer Care Center for assistance.

Your IFE has a recent FW. So you need to use "SecurityAdmin" as user name as I mentioned in the begining of this thread.
