Hello Power Logic Comnunity,
I have a question, seemingly trivial, of which I can not find answer.
The question is:
how I can recovery the password access to web page of EGX100 / 300? A customer has changed the password, and now he has forgotten it.
Is there a tool or a procedure that you suggest me to solve the issue?

There is no direct way to recover the Password. What you will need to do though is send the Mac Address of the device to L3 and they will be able to provide you with a Master Reset Password.
But from what I understand, resetting the password would also reset the device to factory default.
There are few KB articles in Powerlogic K, which might be helpful.

Hi Niola,
when the customer lose the password for to access as Administrator you can ask a recovery password to L3.
L3 needs the serial number and MAC address of your EGX100/300. After L3 generates a password that you must put in the "user" and "password" fields of the access web page. With this password you don't reset the settings of the EGX.

As mentioned in the previous post : please open a tech support ticket and provide us the MAC Address of your EGX gateway.
