Please help!
I have a Com'X210 (v6.8.7) connected to 16 no. IEM3255 (9600 None) meters but 4 no. of the meters do not return any values when viewed through the Device Settings tab (communication error yellow circle with !).
The meters were all added by highlighting the ComX210_F9... (top RH corner of Device Settings tab) and selecting Discover Connected Devices, then labels added and the meters created in the Com'X.
When a Check Device Status is run in the Diagnostics tab, all meters have a Status of "In Service".
Using Modscan to test the four meters, all values are present and correct.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thank you 🙂

hello @solutions_iems-
Are they identical ?
Would it be possible to create a custom model with only one measurement as per modbus table you checked using modscan?
After forcing communication check data do not appear ?
Have you checked the modbus statistics for those devices to check exception codes ?
Kind Regards

Hi Guillaume
I created a custom model for the IEM3255 using only A/phase, V/phase, P total and real energy and it works OK with the Com'X. My client only needs real energy so everything is now sorted.
Thank you!
