What is the latest firmware release for the Com'X200 and can it be upgraded with Com'X210 firmware?

Hi,

The latest firmware for the Com'X 200 is 3.5.54.  And, no, the firmware for the Com'X 210 will not work on the Com'X 200.

I mean not knowing which version is the latest?

To find the latest firmware for the Com'X, go to www.se.com and type the product name in the search bar.  From there, you can select the product and then select the firmware.

But there is no link to download any firmware. Maybe I'm missing something?

I'm not sure how you got there.  But, I typed "Com'X 200" in the search bar.  That brought up a drop down list where I selected "See more results".  Then I selected "Documents and Software" in the "Show results for" box on the left.  Then in the "filter by" ... "By Document Type" I selected "Firmware - Released", which brought up this page.https://www.se.com/us/en/search/Com'x%20200?filters=CAT_PRD_DOC&ddcDocType=1555893 ... the latest firmware is at the top of the list.

I downloaded the latest ComX510 Firmware v 6.5.5.from www.se.com and received the following error - please advise:

With SNTP turned off it upgrade to 6.5.5 version
