Good Day, I require some assistance with this unusual problem:
I have four LVD Boards each with its own FDM128 HMI unit.
Each of these units connects to a minimum of 4 IFE units and a maximum of 8.
Each of the IFE units are connected to a Micrologic 5.0 E unit.
The FDM128 has an Editor version : 6.2.3:5072 and a Runtime Version :6.2.3.5074
The below information I retrieved while online on the IFE Web Page.
The IFE has a Version: 3.7.24
The BCM ULP has a Version: V4.1.9
What happens is, only two of the four FDM128 units indicates that some of the IFE/Micrologic units show incorrect data the rest indicate correctly. Attached is two photos. When the breaker is in the open status the FDM indicates "Trip SDE", when it is in the closed status the FDM unit indicates "NA".
I have a separate PME and PSO system communicating directly to these units as well and when I look on Vista it indicates the correct status.
Any advise what the problem could be?
Regards

Hello @Anonymous user
We do not support LV434128 in this Community.
Do you know if your 4 FDM128 have the same application version ?
If PME and PSO can poll data from your IFE, your issue may be related to the FW version of your FDM128 that is quite old....
And I do not see that 6.2.3 is an official version in the Release Notes : https://download.schneider-electric.com/files?p_enDocType=Software+-+Release+Notes&p_File_Name=DOCA0151EN-02.pdf&p_Doc_Ref=DOCA0151EN
Can you try to upgrade your FDM128 Application with the latest version ?
Regards.
