Always Zero value in Energy Online cmep format?

Hello Team,

I'm testing ComX200 with firmware v1.1.20 CN for Chinese application that will be compatible with Energy Online cmep publication files. But I found either 1.1.20 CN or standard 1.1.20 firmware, that does NOT record the correct measurement value, all data are zero. If I changed with Energy Operation or CSV publication, these measurement are correct.

Are anyone using Energy Online cmep exporting?

I'm really sorry to hear that! I know also had several issues (here's one of them: ), when trying to export CMEP.

We have also found some issues with the CSV/EGX file format coming out of the Com'X.

In addition to the community, you should probably raise a ticket with global tech support.

I was aware of my misunderstanding on CMEP publication files after I checked my exporting files again. I found all data line with "MEPMD01" header field, it means the metering data was recorded as Interval Value, not like Accumulative Data (Net value) in XML/EO or CSV/EGX file format. As in my test short period, all meters consumption increased little, the interval value of metering data were zero. Sorry!!

I'm thinking if CMEP is definitely suitable for REM platform (especially Energymost). All VEE process couldn't be controlled in REM, that was handled inside Com'X200, it might be different with REM VEE rules.
