Hello,
we have two Chiller units, both are showing online on DCE devices window, with the IPs 192.168.0.X.
If we double-click any of them, it open their webpage where I click "Go to Administrator page" link then this error comes up (refer to the attachment).
If we try it on a browser window it doesn't respond, but my client doesn't want to add routing for 192.168.0.* they want to open the webpages for both devices on DCE by avoiding this error.
And if I open chiller's webpage by connecting directly to APC switch (which is connected with DCE) it works perfectly fine.
Can anybody help ?

Hi Raza,
If I am correct on what is happening, the easiest resolution here is to put the device on the DCE public LAN. What I'm thinking is happening here is that the browser is trying to download an active-X control or some other control that needs to be downloaded but can't. K-base FA239966 notes this issue. As for routing to the private LAN from the public, that can cause issues as well and is unsupported.

well I don't know the model but its showing "Normal" status in DCE, & also showing device sensors by right-clicking. Read the error msg maybe then you can get what I'm asking.
