I forgot to add - is there anyway that we can extract the appliance logs for +/- 6months.
I am aware that by default, Netbotz hold this info for +/- 24hours.

Hi there,
You would need to add additional storage to the NetBotz unit using the External Storage option in Advanced View. Instructions are here.
You should also upgrade the appliance to the latest 4.6.1 BotzWare available here.

Thank you for your speedy response.
We have Netbotz intergrated into DCE therefore we do not need the additional space. I was wondering how could I pull access logs from Netbotz or DCE.
Is there anyway that we can store the 24hour logs over a certain time period ?

Hi,
Unfortunately, DCE is unable to store Rack Access logs at the moment, so the only way to see them is in the Appliance Event Log. The only way to view the Appliance Event Log would be to add external storage to the NetBotz appliance itself. There is an enhancement request to add the Rack Access logs to DCE, but I cannot say when this will be available at the moment.

Yes, you would see these access logs by going to Tools > Appliance Event Log in Advanced View.
