I have a netbotz 200 with version 3.7.5.
I need configure authentication for send email, but I can't write my email password.

Hi Jose,
That is an old device and firmware for those systems did not include the option for user name and password for the e-mail server. Sorry but this unit does not have the capability you're looking for. If you have StruxureWare DCE, even the free 5 node version, you can have DCE send the e-mails for you and it has user name / password options. The only other option is to get a new appliance.

Hi Jose,
To add on what Steve mentioned, the part number of its direct replacement is NBRK0250:

This uses the new firmware (v6.XX) that supports SMTP/Email authentication, which is not present with your current Netbotz.
