How can the thresholds of wireless temperature sensors connected to a netbotz 570 be monitored and alert into dce?

Dear Pete,
Once the Wireless sensor or end device is added/discovered as a sensor to the Netbotz appliance as per user manual instructions, you can use advance view or DCE to set the threshold.
In advance view, you can click on the wireless sensor and right click on the sensorβ>Configure Sensor to set the threshold.
For example: Here is the wireless sensor snap shot in which you can right click on the Temperature sensor value to configure the threshold by using configure sensor option.
I hope it helps.
Regards,
Bala

Hi Pete,
To add to Bala's answer, here is how you can create the temperature threshold from within DCE (which will send the threshold to the Bot).

Hi, thanks for your answers, I can do all that, but I can't seem to get those thresholds to alert and then send out an email from dce.

Hi Pete, Alerts from Bots work a bit differently than alerts on SNMP or Modbus devices within DCE. If there is an alert on your Bot you should definitely see it as an active alarm in DCE, however DCE will not send out an e-mail on Bot generated alarms. You will have to configure the notifications and alert actions on the Bot in order to get an e-mail sent. You can setup the alert profiles and actions on your Bot within DCE (see screenshot). If you see an active alarm on your Bot through Advanced View, but don't see the active alarm represented in DCE, then there may be a communication issue between DCE and your Bot. -Scott
