Hi I have multiple sites now which are suffering the same issues regarding streaming images when i build the Botz 570 in my workshop they all work perfectly but once installed on site all i get is a test card image the Bot see's the camera on line but no video??

Hi Mike,
The first thing I'm noticing is that there are 5 cameras. If they are directly connected, that may be the issue or part of it. NetBotz 570 only supports a max of 4 directly connected cameras. Also, if you're using USB hubs, make sure they are self powered. In both of the above cases, the cameras may not be receiving enough power.
The only software configuration that would cause this is in the camera settings. If the camera is not enabled by check mark or schedule.
You may also want to verify the NetBotz firmware is up to date. If you built this out on one 570 and transferred it to another, there could be issues, especially with newer camera pods. The NBPD0160A requires Botzware 4.6.3 or higher.

Oh, I just realized that you're not showing the NetBotz appliance in the image, you're showing DCE. You need to go to the botz individually to verify the image.
