After the latest firmware upgrade to 4.6.3 on my 550 and 570 units, I am not seeing the normal "From" address shown here as an example: Main Door <NetBotz_CH-1@xxx.xxx>, I now get "UNKNOWN". Tried changing the email address to something different and I am still getting the same results. Spoke to email admin and he believes that the units are not populating the "From" field correctly. Has anyone else sen this problem before?

It would really be great if they could also update sending periodic reports via SFTP (in addition to, or in place of FTP) in upcoming release.
Just a request/musing.

Hi Nanoman,
This is a different issue so should be discussed on a separate thread... and as discussed in our previous conversation here:
it has already been entered as an enhancement request .

Thank you both for the quick reply. I did not see the k-base FA365716 notes. In that k-base if has a reference to k-base FA367489 to downgrade but the link is broken. Is there a link has the proper instructions to follow so I can downgrade. Need the "From" address working since we have the alerts going to specific folders for sorting reasons.

Hi Mark,
I'm not sure which link in which FAQ is broken, they all appeared to work for me. The firmware link was to the generic firmware download page so if that's what you were seeing, that was on purpose. It was meant to allow for other firmware versions to be chosen as that second (linked) k-base is not specific to the issue at hand. If you want version 4.6.2, I copied the link below and verifies that I could download the firmware fie:

Thank you Steve. This link worked and will follow the instructions for downgrading our units on a maintenance window hopefully soon.
