infrastruxure Central 5.1.1 software Issue

Hi Team , i am having issue to login into a infrastrxture central 5.1.1 software interface. It happen suddenly when the existing password and username i have being using for years stop working. Kindly advise on the way forward, your swift response will be highly appreciated.

If you are using Active Directory, it is possible that the connection between your AD server and your ISXC server is having connection issues.  If you are using AD credentials, do you know the local server user that you can try to login with?

I can provide you with password reset instructions, if you would like to attempt to reset the local administrator user to default username/password.

 

There are a few available options which are listed below:

1) Restore the server to v5.1.1 and bring in a backup of the system.  I can provide you with the 5.1.1 restore link if necessary.  I would then recommend that you contact your local support teams to have them verify your software support and provide upgrades to the most recent version of StruxureWare Data Center Expert.  This option would be a series of sequential upgrades: 6.0.1, 6.2.0, 6.3.0, 7.0, 7.2.0, 7.2.1, 7.2.2, 7.2.4, 7.2.5, 7.2.6, and 7.2.7.  Each upgrade can take 20-30 minutes or longer depending on how much data is on the server.

2) Contact your local support teams and have them verify your software support.  Once verified they should be able to provide you with the most recent version of StruxureWare Data Center Expert to be able to re-do the OS and software.  This option would require a complete reconfiguration of the software as backups can only be restored on versions that they were created on.  This option may be faster than option 1, depending on how many devices you have added into the software.

Thanks for your urgent response the error message i m having is "credentials you have entered are invalid for this infrastruxure central server" when i ping the IP of the server it is responding fine which justify that the connection is okay between the server.
