I have to submit/register IT expert gateway on server, btw I submitted/registered on my laptop current..what can I do?

It might be too late to answer, but I think my topic below will be relevant with your question.

I'm not sure your point enough, but I assume you can make backup on your laptop and restore it on your server. 

Clarification of the IT Gateway supported backup/restore scenario
