Hi guys,
My customer ha 7 Netbotz 150 connected to a Netbotz 570 in cascade. Now we are connected a new Netbotz 150 and this one has got the identifier # 9 and the one which had the number 1 now has got the number 8. So now we have 8 Netbotz 150 with identifier numbers from 2 to 9.
What is the best way to do this, preserving the last numeration and getting a next number for the new device?
Best regards,
Enric

Hi Enric,
Sorry but there is currently no configuration option for the NetBotz 150/155 sensor pods. They automatically receive an ID and there is no manual way through hardware or software to change that. There is an enhancement request in the system and I will add this post to those looking for a way to change the numbering for the pods.
Thanks,
Steve.

Hi Enric, There is a k-base stating this as well: FA231201 I thought there was an enhancement request, there was not. I added one for you. Please be aware that just because a request has been added, that does not mean the enhancement will actually make it into the systems or when it may. Steve
