Hi,
I have a problem with the ddf's of uniflair air conditioner. I have two models, uniflair amico LE and uniflair SP UCA, each one with their ddf.
When I load only ddf for uniflair LE and add only device uniflair LE with snmp, it works fine.
When I load only ddf for uniflair SP UCA and add only device uniflair SP UCA with snmp, it works fine.
When I load two ddf's for uniflair SP UCA and LE, the DCE doesn't reconize wich ddf is for uniflair SP and LE, and add all devices like uniflair SP, and produces alarms and errors in the reading in the devices uniflair LE.
How can I do to choose which ddf is it appropriate for each air conditioner in the DCE.?
Thanks

Hi Edwin,
My suggestion is to use one or both of the devices in modbus over TCP mode. For some reason when using SNMP, the older Pcoweb cards do not report required device information to the DDF system to determine what device it is and what DDF to use. Newer Uniflair models with the APC based web cards should not have that issue. Modbus doesn't have this issue as you discover modbus devices individually and must manually configure the DDF to use for each device.

Adding on Steve's answer, contact services to check the pcowebcard, see if they can upgrade its firmware.
