download checksum mismatch error #checksum

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade an UPS firmware via Ecostructure in one of our remote locations.

I tested SSH and the connection to the device from the IT gateway is fine.

However when I start the firmware upgrade I get :download checksum mismatch error: as you can see in attachment.
Searched on the forums but did not find anything.
Since it is a remote site I cannot do anything via serial cable.

Please advice how I could solve this.

DCIM Technical Support reports:

We did have a platform issue with the checksum. A hotfix is in place and updates should work for you. If you're still experiencing issues please let me know.

Unfortunately, one site now has a new (also undocumented) problem:

Binary image version mismatch

I confirm that I was able to update 1 firmware .
So this is working again.
