Certain web interfaces require the use of some technologies that the internal browser within DCE can not currently handle. I have provided this feedback to the DCE product manager.
If certain web interfaces provide you with an issue, you should be able to click on the launch in external browser button in the upper-right to launch that specific interface inside of the external browser:
