Dear Experts,
I'm using the usb serial cable (NBAC0214L) to configure Netbotz IP address. However, in device management, it could not recognize the device. What is the cause for this error and does it have any driver that I need to install?
Thanks,
Ziqiang

Hi!
It seems that you have no FTDI drivers installed on your PC.
You can find it on Netbotz download page.
