Hi,
Is it possible to stop the auto-update of Netbotz Wireless Sensors on a 450 / 570?
I have a number that are stuck on version 1, pending update to 1.0.4 which appear to be causing some comms problems.
I want to stop the Botz attempting to update them pending such time that I can get to the appliance and update the sensors using the firmware update utility
Thanks

Hi David,
If you've selected to update the sensor firmware, there is no way to manually stop it. I suggest contacting support on this directly as if the sensors won't upgrade there could be deeper issues.
