Hi!
I'm faced with sensor connection issue.
When I connect temperature/humidity sensor AP9335TH to wireless sensor pod, Netbotz appliance mark it as "Invalid sensor" with N/A readings.
Is it correct behavior? Installation manual tells that AP9335TH are supported, but in fact we cant use it.
There are NBRK0450 with 4.5.1 firmware and NBPD0180 with 1.0.1 firmware in setup. AP9335T sensors works fine.
And second question is: How to delete invalid sensor from configuration? Remove button in "Sensors" configuration window is not active.
Only way I've found is :
Is there an easy way to do it?

Hi Valentin,
You should be able to connect the AP9335TH to the NetBotz 180 but the pod will only read temperature and not humidity as per:
http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/JGAY-8LQRE2/JGAY-8LQRE2_R2_EN.pdf?sdirect=true
APC Temperature & Humidity Sensor (reports temperature only when connected to the Wireless Sensor Pod 180) AP9335TH
I would make sure the wireless sensors get upgraded. My bot is running 4.5.1 and I have a 180 attached and it is running version 1.0.5 firmware. You may need to go back to 4.4 to get the 180 pods up to version 1.0.3 and then upgrade to 4.5.1 again. If you have multiple devices, you may want to connect all the 180s to a single NetBotz appliance which you would downgrade to 4.4 and update each pod.

Thank you Steve! It's my first wireless installation. I've downgrade Netbotz to 4.4.0 already, but have the same issue and upgrade it back to 4.5.1 I will try to downgrade back again tomorrow. Can you tell me if pods firmware will be installed automatically, or I need to trigger it somehow? Will update process be indicated in Advanced View? Finaly, if I understand correctly, I need: 1. Downgrade appliance to 4.4 Botzware 2. Wait for pod's update their firmware to 1.0.3 3. Upgrade Botzware to 4.5.1 4. Wait for pods update to 1.0.5 firmware 5. Connect T/H sensors Correct me, please if I'm wrong.

Hi Valentin, Yes, that's about the size of it. You should be able to force the upgrade a little quicker with the button in the wireless configuration applet but yes, those are the steps. Steve

Thank you Steve! I find out, that it is posssible to update pod's firmware without Netbotz downgrade. It takes about 35-40 minutes and there is no any indication about upgrade status. That's a very uncomfortable. But finally AV show that firmware version became 1.0.5, but sensor still "invalid". Then I delete pod from appliance, disconnect sensors, reboot pod and add it to comission list again. After discovery Netbotz show temperature from TH sensor.
