What is the Serial Terminal Connection Parameters for NetBotz Appliances

I need to connect serially to my Netbotz device. What is the parameters to be used?

Terminal emulation (ie. Hyper-Terminal) configuration for communications with NetBotz appliances.

When connecting to a Netbotz appliance via a serial cable, the terminal settings must be set to:

38400 and 8-N-1

NOTE: When connecting to a models 300, 303, 310, or 400, you must use a standard serial cable, such as the kind used to connect a modem to a PC.

NOTE: When connecting to models 320, 420 or 500, you must use a NULL modem cable.

NOTE: When connecting to models 355, 455, 550, 570 or similar version 3 Netbotz, you must use a USB A-B cable.
NOTE: When connecting to a NetBotz Central, you must use a NULL modem cable.
