Unknown Alarm ?_?_?_? [A-2456]

I have this unknown alarm, I attempted to contact support for a few months, and they escalated the ticket.  I was linked to this support portal when trying to contact them.  I was wondering how to clear this alarm.  It is on two of my rack PDUs.
