Hi,
Problem Statement: NetBotz Rack Monitor 250 is not responding after a failed upgrade
This problem occurred last week while performing the firmware upgrade to Netbotz 250 and it resulted in firmware failure.
After the firmware failure, the Netbotz 250 unit is not responding via Putty and Tera Term application.
1. We have done multiple resets by holding the reset button.
2. We have followed this below procedure for recovering the bootmonitor and firmware

3. While performing the above procedure we are getting stuck at point no-4 because the NetBotz is resets and LED lights keeps blinking continuously(Orange and Green).
After the LED flash it doesn't show any commands in the Tera Term which results in hang state.
Can anyone helps us in recovering the NetBotz 250 to the work condition again?
