Hi, I am wondering if there is known case of successful integration between these 2 platforms.

Does anyone has more information on how this can be achieved? I am aware it could be done through the API but are there any other mechanisms in the middle that could help orchestrating?

ServiceNow integration is usually just an email integration for alarms: https://community.se.com/t5/Alarms/Alarm-email-integration-for-notifications-from-IT-Expert/ta-p/446...

If something more is needed I recommend reaching out to your local sales to look into a custom integration to get the required data into ServiceNow in the desired format.
