DCE backup failed. I got "The share was unable to be mounted..." message when trying Test Mount.

I had window firewall disabled. It was working in the past until now.

Hi Yang Gao,

The first thing I'd look at is what might have changed. access control lists, user rights, or even things such as versions of SMB or NTLM may have changed. In DCE, we can't select version of SMB and only work with version 1 but I believe it was DCE 7.5 that started allowing the customer to select different versions of NTLM. 

You may also want to test a different system. A test mount on your local computer for instance or a system in the same subnet as DCE to rule out network issues. There's really nothing here to point to a specific issue and again, if it used to work and now doesn't, what has changed?

Tried with another computer and worked. Still could not figure out what wrong with my first computer.
