Hi team
have in my DCO sensors that monitor in each rack the cold corridor temperature and hot corridor that are integrated through the Rack_PDU
How can I use these real values in simulating the impact of air conditioners?

Hi Norberto,
Simulated impact of cooling failure is based on calculated inlet temperature for individual racks compared to the maximum target inlet temperature for the room. The 2D cooling calculations do not use the measured temperatures. It models the airflow in the data-center and then uses these to estimate the temperatures. However, to improve the cooling calculations it is possible to specify some measured temperatures. These have to be specified manually - the values you can specify manually are: heater/rack known inlet temperature, cooler (cooling unit) known supply and return temperature.
Hope this helps,
Kind regards
