I 'am using DCE 7.2. Can I upgrade ecostrucureit ? how to to ? kindly help.

and I would like to recieve Alarm via audio when I have warning alarm.

Hi Nguyen,

If you want to use your DCE to connect to EcoStruxure IT, then you would initially need to upgrade your DCE to the latest version (currently DCE 7.5). Upgrading the product to latest version by the way is usually a good practice and highly recommended. And then read the following guide: https://struxureon.com/connect-from-data-center-expert/

However, EcoStruxure IT Gateway can be setup independent of DCE, for more details please see the following guide: https://struxureon.com/download-and-set-up-struxureon-gateway/

Concerning the Alarm via audio, additional to the device (smart phone) sound  settings, notifications and sound settings can be configured from the App: Settings > Notifications

In short, everything depends on what you want to get for yourself as a result. At the moment there are officially two digital services Schneider Electric.

To connect to the first digital service EcoStruxure IT Expert, you need to use a separate free EcoStruxure IT Gateway software (your DCE server is not used here) connected to the cloud Schneider Electric servers. After paying for a subscription to a digital service, you will have a web-GUI based monitoring system via Internet with an overview of existing alerts and statistics on devices and their sensors. In addition, you will have a mobile application (for Android or iOS) with similar functionality and capabilities (for example, real time alert and incident notification).

To connect to the second digital service EcoStruxure Asset Advisor you need your DCE-server, but updated to the latest version 7.5.0 –  is important. This DCE-server also needs to be connected to the cloud servers of Schneider Electric. After paying for a subscription to a digital service, you will have, in addition to your standard DCE interface and alerting system, a monitoring system based on a web-GUI interface over the Internet, reviewing existing warnings/alerts and statistics on devices and their sensors. In addition, you will have a mobile application (for Android or iOS) with similar features and capabilities (for example, real time alert and incident notification). This digital service is more advanced, allows the end customer to perform parallel migration, but also costs more.
