Hello,
Our customer wants to get a 3rd party device for voice call to get DCE alarms. Does anybody do an integration like this? If you do can you send me which device you used and what are the steps as private message?
Thanks in advance,
(CID:134027041)

Dera Erhan Yasar,
Regarding devices for making voice calls from DCE software, I do not know, but you can be very helpful Balaraman Jagadeesan answer on a similar topic :
For example: SendQuick Alert(Third Party) offers converting Email, HTTP and SNMP types to SMS on Mobile.
Send Quick Alert Server can be installed in an existing network, inserting a sim card of your choice, then start sending and receiving SMS.
Note: As far as I know, third party software/hardware are not officially supported by us. But, this way you can convert short email message into an SMS.

I hope this helps you.
With respect.

Alternative approach #1,
If the 3rd party alarm to call voice box supports, pull alarms via web services from DCE:
Alterative approach #2
Hook up the DCE to Asset Advisor IT, subscribe selected devices for premium, and you'll get call for those critical devices alarm by Service Bureau personnel. 😀
