Hello Community,
My customer repports some freeze situations with their Struxureware DCE installation, I installed the DCE and activate the 25 node aditional license on past october and after 2 weeks they detects this behaviour, their action was add other three virtual cpu to the DCE server without our guide now the system has 1 GB of ram and 4 CPU, by the way, what kind of information could be necessary in order to get an idea of the isue? when this situation show, the desktop client reports communication isues, the DCE web page don´t open but the ping answer is ok, any idea for this? Customer has a support contract please confirm if is necesary to repport here the support contract ID.

By my experience I will tell, that for the DCE server it is better to add the RAM at least to 3-4 GB than processors.
Besides, you can download log files of the DCE server and analyze them about loading of processors and memory: .
