Hi Community,
We have a customer in Switzerland who cannot view all his pages through the Portal using Chrome. He gets an error on one page, however everything works ok on the others. When he uses other browsers( IE, Opera, Firefox) it works fine too. Do we have a compatibility chart for the Portal? Chrome is the main browser they use, so they are asking for a fix.
They are using DCO 7.5.0, DCE 7.2.6, Portal is v 1.3.5
The customer is using the following versions of Chrome. they have the issue on both.
On 64Bit system we use the chrome version: 54.0.2840.87 m, On 32Bit system we use the chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 m . the 64 bits are on windows 10, the rest are on windows 7.
I have a same video of the issue, i have attempted to add it to this message, please let me know if you cannot view it. SUVA Page Load Error.mp4
Incase the video is not playable, here are the screenshots
Please let me know if you need any more information,
Just to add the customer is not happy at the moment, so i would appreciate a quick response if possible.
Kind Regards
Alan

Hi Alan,
It is not clear to me which portlet(s)? they are having issues with (so it can be tested locally).
However if I understand correctly it seems they are using the Portal version 1.3.5, that is compatible with DCO 8.0.2 and 8.03 (but not with 7.5).
