Is anyone know DEC 7.5.0 can accept the format of SNMP v1 form Net Vision communication card and is running normally?

Of course yes: DCE software uses the industry standard SNMP v1, v2c and v3 protocol to read sensors of the SNMP enabled devices.

It has limited information but you can read SNMP v1. You can also create custom OID that will be displayed if you need aditional information.
