Hi Alper,
I'm not familiar with the Diris A40 v3 Energy Analyser, I'm assuming you received a DDF file for this device using either the multiendorsupport@apc.com e-mail address or the device support option on this EcoStruxure IT Help Center page. In either case, I believe what you're likely seeing is either DCE is polling the wrong register or it is formatting it incorrectly. I believe that you'll need to speak with the people that created the DDF and they'll likely need to use different registers or rearrange the registers to format the output correctly.

Hi Alper. I struggled for a long time with this too.
It turns out that at some point in time Socomec changed the MODBUS table addresses on the Diris A40 Power Meter.
We have had two DDF files (both supplied by Schneider / multivendorsupport), one for the old version and one for new version
I know that the DDF V3 works for the older units as we have one of those deployed.
I have not been able to test the other DDF file on the newer Diris A40
Files below:-
socomec_diris_a40_power_meter.xml
socomec_diris_a40 Old (V3).xml
Hopefully one of these will cure the issue.
Regards
