Hi team,
we have a project with Netbotzs 750 and sensor pods 150, and sometimes we receive erros in the Netbotzs about sensors disconnections, and we have to plug/unplug physically the sensor in order to recover the alarm.
Netbotzs are in firmware 5.3.5, is there a firmware upgrade for sensor pods? Could it be a distance issue? In the chain there are about 8 sensor pods.
Thanks in advance

Hello @jzurera,
NetBotz Sensor Pod firmware is updated automatically as part of NetBotz firmware release. As you are on version 5.3.5 on your 750, the Sensor Pod is on the most recent firmware.
Your issue may be related to terminator installation within your NetBotz 750 A-Link chain. I recommend that you double-check that the terminators are installed correctly in your setup. Information on where terminators need to be installed into A-Link ports can be found in our knowledge base: https://www.se.com/us/en/faqs/FAQ000224706/
If the above does not fix your issue, how long are the cable runs between the Sensor Pod 150's? If they are significant, the Sensor POD 150's may require an external power source (AP9505i).
Does the issue occur with only specific sensors on specific Pods, or is random?
Depending on how often the issue is occurring, you may be able to test if it is a power issue by disconnecting part of the Sensor Pod chain and seeing if the issue still occurs. If it does not occur, the issue may be related to something further down the chain or related to power.
Regards,
Cory

Thanks Cory, the customer is going to check if there are terminators in all the ports where they are needed.
