Hello
I am configuration two netbtoz 450, but i have one problem as that the pod 160 camera the equipment no identify those pod. The "Advance View" show that there isn´t cameras installed.
I updated the firmware of the device but it still does not recognize the cameras, I also reset it (configreset).
Help me solution with this problem.

Hi Leonardo,
What is the firmware on the appliance now?
if you’re not at 4.6.4, be sure to upgrade again.
Do you have another NetBotz appliance? If so, plug the camera in to that one to see for the issue is related to the camera or the appliance itself.
Have you tried another USB cable?
Are you connecting directly to the appliance or using extenders or hubs? Try a direct connection and no hubs.
if there is anything else connected to the appliance, disconnect it to make sure it’s not some other connection causing the issue.
That should at least give you a good idea where the issue may lie.
