Network IP and Port Requirements for EcoStructureIT

When l go to connect my DCE v7.5 to EcoStructure IT l get communication error because my appliance is in a secure network. What are the port and URL/IP requirements to connect to the cloud service?

Port 443 TCP outbound

To connect using static IPs, add 40.84.62.190 and 23.99.90.28
