Transfer of firmware for wireless sensors never starts over Zigbee wireless.
Updates for Coordinator/Router and Pod 180 only transferred when they were configured as a coordinator on USB port of Netbotz host (with the other device being configured at that time on an AC supply as a router.
Apply Firmware update button is always greyed out even with no end devices configured.
System has been left well over 12 hours.

Hi Pete, we had the same issue with our NBWS100H and HBWS100T sensor Pods at firmware level 1.0.0. Its a known bug with the firmware. We had to send our sensors back for replacement sensors that were upgraded to 1.0.4. Contact DCIM Tech support and have them reference case# 28884199.

Hi Pete, Barry,
Don't reference that case number for a new issue. That case number is specific to Barry's issue and tech support will need to validate whatever issue you may have with these sensors. They will give you a new case number should you contact them.
Support may be able to perform an upgrade in a different way with you and the sensors may not need to be replaced.
