Hi. Can anyone tell me what this means and if this is a future problem how can I fix it?

That error message is a system level event from StruxureWare Data Center Expert warning that it is going to start purging old data soon to free up storage space. You can see your storage settings and purge settings within the Data Center Expert Client under: System Menu > Server Administration Settings > Storage Settings.
