Hi Murat,
"Schneider Electric IT Optimize" is the actually borrowed 😀 software of "Intel Datacenter Manager (Intel DCM): Energy Director":
Intel® Data Center Manager
Intel® Data Center Manager (Intel® DCM)
is a standalone power management
solution for the data center. Intel DCM
provides accurate, real-time power and
thermal monitoring and management
for individual servers, groups of servers,
racks, and IT equipment such as power
distribution units. Intel DCM provides
benefits for both IT and facility
administrators, enabling these groups
to collaborate to reduce the data center
energy footprint.
For more information about Intel DCM,
visit http://software.intel.com/sites/
datacentermanager
Besides, to Intel DCM (read in "Schneider Electric IT Optimize with Server Access") it can be added the "Virtual KVM Gateway" component:
Intel® Datacenter Manager: Virtual KVM Gateway is a cross-platform remote access management solution used for diagnosing and troubleshooting datacenter hardware. It enables IT administrators to securely configure and control platforms remotely in a one-to-many solution. It is a natural complement to remote access management.
Therefore all information necessary for you can be obtained on the official site of Intel, where it is possible to download it a software and documentation for developers to it.
In attachment for acquaintance I send a little outdated documentation which can interest you: exploring-dcim-for-intels-data-centers.pdf and DatacenterManager_DevGuide.pdf.
I hope it will help.
