Netbotz can monitor Uniflair SDCV0400A by SNMP but no data

Hi all ,

I used Netbotz 570 to monitor Uniflair SDCV0400A by SNMP , it can connect but had no data ,

pls see the screenshot , does our netbotz not support this model ?  Thanks .

Billy,

You'll need the DDF file to get sensors data to be shown. Now the tricky part is, this is Netbotz, I am not sure multivendor still creates/updates DDF file for Netbotz.

In the mean time, you can manually add a few OIDs under Netbotz's supplemental OIDs to get some sensor reading data. Get a copy of the Uniflair/pcoweb's MIB file from your local cooling expert.

Also, do take note on the minimum SNMP polling time for Netbotz is only 5 minutes.

Hi Chris, Chu, No, Multivendor is not creating DDFs for NetBotz at this time and supplemental OIDs are the only alternative without an existing DDF. Please note we will only accurately work with numeric sensors and not text when using this option. You may want to look into the free 5 node DCE VM server. Steve
