Hi Support,
Quick question regarding Surveillance licensing on a DCE server:
We have a customer running an AP9465 DCE connected to a Netbotz 450, with 2x Camera Pod 160s.
Can they utilise the SKU NBSV1005 (5-Node Surveillance add-on pack) to license these both to DCE, or would they need to apply the SKU NBSV1000 base node of 15 licenses?
It’s not clear whether the 5 can be installed alone, or are an add-on to the 15

Dear David,
NBSV1005 is sufficient to activate the Surveillance license in DCE for 2 numbers of Camera Pod 160s.
FYI..We have added NBSV1005 license key to DCE for 2 numbers of Camera Pod 160s Setup with 450.
Regards,
Bala
