Netbotz 750 on ITE

I'm trying to discover a netbotz 750 on IT Expert (Cloud), I have already included the credentials like username and password on gateway.

At this moment I used the username and password to netbot user access, I need to configure something else on Netbotz?

Hello @silviolcf,

The NetBotz 750 is discovered in the Gateway or ITE using SNMP.  You will need to ensure that within the Gateway you have defined the proper credentials for device communication and then run a device discovery either in the Gateway or IT Expert interface.
