I am having the same problem with my NetBotz 755.
Did you eventually find a solution for this?
I engaged with Technical support but all the methods they suggested did not work for me.
Thank you!

Hi,
You may try to follow up closely with the technical support team for a possible solution. Try to provide any logs or file requested by the technical support.

Hi, Andrés.
We have the same problem on a Netbotz 755.
It seems that the file system is damage.
Do anyone have the maintenence root password?
Support said that we have to run a file check command but it's imposible to run anything without that root passoword.
Thanks
