Bonjour,
Is there a way to change email content send by a Netbotz 250?
We would like to include details about temperature and add more information on how to react to those alerts.
Thank you for your help.

Bonjour Balaraman,
Thank you for your answer.
Too bad that email alerts contents cannot be modified in Netbotz 250 directly.
I will try to find an alternative by configuring an automatic email that will be sent by our Exchange server triggered by the Netbotz emails.
Again, thank you for your help.
Salutations,
Bernard

Dear Bernard,
As far as I know, it is not possible to change the content of the email alert from Netbotz 250 directly.
There is an option to customize the email alert of DCE by using Short Message Email if Netbotz 250 is being monitored in Struxureware Data Center Expert.
Regards,
Bala

Dear Bernard, you may also consider to use the Struxureware Data Center Expert which can allow you to add Custom Description to the Netbotz 250 thresholds.
There is a free demo DCE software available which can be downloaded from the below link:
http://www.apc.com/in/en/tools/download/
It can be installed on VMware ESXi as one of the VM guest. I hope this helps.

Bonjour Balaraman,
Struxureware Data Center Expert is for sure an interesting product to centralize the management and monitoring of our APC products.
Unfortunately, at 3400$ US for a 25 node license, it is a bit too expensive for us as we only have a small installation of a couple of UPS, ATS, PDU and 1 Netbotz.
Thank you for the suggestion and help.
Salutations,
Bernard
