We are facing issue at one of the site where 2 Netbotz behaving in a different manner. Voltage range as per NETBOTZ sticker its 100-240 volt. The voltage range we found at site is 248volt .Netbotz works for a while and then switches off . I want to confirm if there is any tolerance rating for input range.

Hi Atul,
The NetBotz 570 should accept 248 volts but it is a little high. Do you have multiple units? If so, do they all see this issue? I would suggest working with your local tech support to get this unit RMAed. What region are you in? Is it possible to get the unit sent back to your local escalation team and have them contact myself or platform engineering on this issue? I'd like to see the unit.
